Job Requirements
- Ability to commit to flexible work hours including evenings and weekends
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to lift up to 25 pounds
- reliable transportation to assigned retail locations
- must pass background check and E-Verify employment eligibility
- strong customer service orientation
- willingness to learn product information quickly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in retail or customer service is beneficial
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- basic knowledge of food safety and handling preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods during demonstrations
- comfortable engaging with diverse consumers in a retail environment
Job Duties
- Complete in-store food and non-food demonstrations
- acquire and maintain knowledge of products represented
- serve, demonstrate, intercept consumers, and sell products professionally
- manage event execution equipment in stores
- maintain a professional appearance consistent with job requirements
- engage consumers to effectively promote brand products
- ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
