Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months related experience or training
- Food Safety Professional Certification or local food handlers permit if required
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, balance, lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Ability to use hands and fingers
- Ability to talk, hear, and visually read instructions
- Ability to prepare foods using raw products and cooking utensils
- Ability to push and pull a loaded demonstration cart
- Ability to work in a retail store environment
- Professional appearance and grooming
- English language proficiency
- Ability to lift heavy items
- Ability to comply with safety and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications

- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient computer skills with personal computers and mobile devices

- Ability to prepare and serve food using small appliances
- Ability to communicate product features and benefits effectively

Job Duties
- Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies ensuring cleanliness and security
- Communicate with store management about upcoming and past events during Supervisor absence
- Serve as point person for events when Supervisor is absent
- Assist other Event Specialists with event kits, materials, and tools
- Provide leadership and product knowledge to the team
- Proactively engage and sell products to consumers
- Prepare and serve food samples following food safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and safe workstation
- Set up event tables properly
- Complete all assigned work
- Assist with client visit preparations and audit corrections
- Build rapport with store personnel to meet company objectives
- Complete expense reports as per policy
- Submit online requirements on event day
- Take digital photos of event setups
