Job Requirements
- Eight plus years of experience in professional meeting planning or equivalent work experience
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year institution preferred but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a solution-driven approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with agility and composure under pressure
- Exceptional project management and problem-solving skills
- Ownership mindset and proactive attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise platforms such as Momentus, CVENT, Slack, and Box

Job Duties
- Lead the planning and execution of high-level events at PHK, collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and business functions
- Own event program budgets, tracking spend at event and program levels, and ensuring accurate forecasting
- Partner with stakeholders to assess event needs and ensure work orders are prepared and fulfilled
- Direct events team members, aligning resources and clarifying roles and responsibilities
- Serve as the onsite point of contact, confirming all event requirements and resolving last-minute issues
- Maintain event documentation, including attendee counts, catering totals, and other updates
- Collaborate to support event safety and risk mitigation
- Manage special requests and ensure readiness of equipment and spaces for meetings
- Source and oversee off-campus elements such as hotel accommodation, transportation, group dining, and team-building activities
- Respond effectively to changes in event scope and requirements
