Job Requirements
- Must have minimum three years of experience in event planning and operations
- Ability to maintain and direct event day timelines
- Comfortable presenting to city and municipal agencies
- Ability to read and interpret course and site maps
- Willingness to learn CAD software
- Willingness to travel 20 to 25 weekends per year
- Must be able to work long hours standing on event days
- Ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs

- Experience presenting to city agencies

Job Duties
- Develop event plans and obtain necessary permits
- Recruit and manage volunteers and contractors
- Create course layouts and site maps
- Develop event day crew schedules
- Lead and direct event day crews and volunteers
- Troubleshoot and resolve real-time event issues
- Physically set up event equipment and manage logistics
