Job Duties
- Oversees daily staff duties and assignments in the department
- evaluates conditions and cleanliness through inspection and quality control measures
- coordinates staff training in proper use of chemicals, equipment processes, and safety issues
- provides leadership to staff aides and floor crew in the absence of the department supervisor
- evaluates daily staff productivity and advises corrective action as needed
