Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-year housekeeping experience in hospital setting
- familiarity with Joint Commission requirements preferred
- knowledge of chemical sanitizers and housekeeping functions
- ability to supervise large teams
- strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Supervise a staff of 25 or more employees
- provide leadership, direction, and equity in dealing with staff
- ensure regulatory compliance for sanitation
- sanitize public areas to maintain a positive image
- generate policies and procedures for infection control and sanitation standards
- coordinate rental linen and uniform efforts
- participate in employee awareness and education
