Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in concierge or guest services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to assist in food and beverage service
- Basic knowledge of hospitality software systems such as Micros and Open Table
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership experience preferred

- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Experience and a thorough understanding of concierge services
- Service-orientated focus
- Must be available for various shifts including weekends, holidays, morning and evening
- Willing to assist Food & Beverage Attendants in the Market when needed
- Food & Beverage Attendant experience preferred
- Knowledge of Micros, Hyatt Digital Dining Platform, Colleague Advantage, Open Table and Evention
Job Duties
- Deliver attentive, intuitive service through warm, genuine interactions
- Anticipate guest needs and fulfill special requests to create memorable moments
- Oversee the daily refresh and presentation of the Regency Club ensuring a welcoming and luxurious environment
- Provide expert guidance and assistance with reservations, local recommendations, and personalized itineraries
- Curate and maintain a dynamic guest database capturing preferences and history
- Collaborate with the Executive Sous Chef to design and execute weekly pop-up culinary events
- Partner with the Food & Beverage team to contribute to beverage offerings development
- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills to support senior leadership
- Oversee Food & Beverage Attendants working in the Executive Lounge
- Assist as Food & Beverage Attendant when needed
