Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in hospitality or guest services
Strong customer service skills
Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively
Flexibility to assist in food and beverage duties
Excellent communication skills

Previous experience in a guest concierge or hospitality service role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to create personalized guest experiences
Experience with food and beverage service standards
Familiarity with reservation and guest management systems
Ability to collaborate effectively with culinary and beverage teams
Excellent interpersonal and multitasking abilities

Job Duties

Deliver attentive, intuitive service through warm, genuine interactions
Anticipate guest needs and fulfill special requests to create memorable moments
Oversee the daily refresh and presentation of the Regency Club ensuring a welcoming and luxurious environment
Provide expert guidance and assistance with reservations, local recommendations, and personalized itineraries
Curate and maintain a dynamic guest database capturing preferences and history to tailor future visits
Collaborate with the Executive Sous Chef to design and execute weekly pop-up culinary events
Partner with the Food & Beverage team to develop and execute hotel beverage offerings
Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to support senior leadership and oversee F&B attendants
Assist as a Food & Beverage Attendant when needed
