  • Proven experience in hospitality or guest services
  • Strong customer service skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and multitasking abilities

Job Duties

  • Deliver attentive, intuitive service through warm, genuine interactions
  • Anticipate guest needs and fulfill special requests to create memorable moments
  • Oversee the daily refresh and presentation of the Regency Club ensuring a welcoming and luxurious environment
  • Provide expert guidance and assistance with reservations, local recommendations, and personalized itineraries
  • Curate and maintain a dynamic guest database capturing preferences and history to tailor future visits
  • Collaborate with the Executive Sous Chef to design and execute weekly pop-up culinary events
  • Partner with the Food & Beverage team to develop and execute hotel beverage offerings
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to support senior leadership and oversee F&B attendants
  • Assist as a Food & Beverage Attendant when needed
