Job Requirements

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
must be available for various shifts including weekends, holidays, morning, evening
willing to assist F&B Attendants in the Market when needed

Job Qualifications

Experience and a thorough understanding of concierge services
strong leadership and communication skills
refined verbal and written communication skills
service-orientated focus
knowledge of Micros, Hyatt Digital Dining Platform, Colleague Advantage, Open Table, and Evention
F&B attendant experience preferred

Job Duties

Delivering attentive, intuitive service through warm, genuine interactions
anticipating guest needs and fulfilling special requests to create memorable moments
overseeing the daily refresh and presentation of the Regency Club ensuring a welcoming and luxurious environment
providing expert guidance and assistance with reservations, local recommendations, and personalized itineraries
curating and maintaining a dynamic guest database capturing preferences and history to tailor future visits
collaborating with the Executive Sous Chef to design and execute weekly pop-up culinary events
partnering with the Food & Beverage team to develop and execute the hotel’s beverage offerings
demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills to support senior leadership
overseeing Food & Beverage Attendants working in the Executive Lounge
assisting as a Food & Beverage Attendant when needed
