Job Requirements

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
  • must be available for various shifts including weekends, holidays, morning, evening
  • willing to assist F&B Attendants in the Market when needed

Job Qualifications

  • Experience and a thorough understanding of concierge services
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • refined verbal and written communication skills
  • service-orientated focus
  • knowledge of Micros, Hyatt Digital Dining Platform, Colleague Advantage, Open Table, and Evention
  • F&B attendant experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Delivering attentive, intuitive service through warm, genuine interactions
  • anticipating guest needs and fulfilling special requests to create memorable moments
  • overseeing the daily refresh and presentation of the Regency Club ensuring a welcoming and luxurious environment
  • providing expert guidance and assistance with reservations, local recommendations, and personalized itineraries
  • curating and maintaining a dynamic guest database capturing preferences and history to tailor future visits
  • collaborating with the Executive Sous Chef to design and execute weekly pop-up culinary events
  • partnering with the Food & Beverage team to develop and execute the hotel’s beverage offerings
  • demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills to support senior leadership
  • overseeing Food & Beverage Attendants working in the Executive Lounge
  • assisting as a Food & Beverage Attendant when needed
