Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must obtain Non-CDL DOT Medical Card
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Prior experience in transportation or supervisory roles preferred

Job Duties
- Direct and inspire a team of drivers with leadership focused on process improvement, team-building, coaching, and feedback
- Keep overtime to a minimum except for emergency situations
- Assist the Station Manager with recruitment activities including interviewing, selecting, training, motivating, coaching, and mentoring drivers
- Oversee daily fleet maintenance review and promptly report any concerns
- Conduct regular safety audits, lead station safety meetings, and meet with staff to ensure a safe work environment
- Help manage local permits and vehicle registrations in coordination with the Station Manager
- Maintain relationships with airport ground transportation authorities and attend required meetings
