Job Requirements
- Ability to lift, move, and maneuver up to 165 pounds
- ability to pull or push heavy carts of stock throughout the facility
- frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching during the entire length of shift
Job Qualifications
- Prior dishwashing experience
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to work cooperatively with others
- basic math skills for counting inventory
Job Duties
- Supervise and train dishwasher team members
- ensure clean pots, pans, and other cooking containers and utensils are ready and available when needed
- keep work area, coolers, freezers, and equipment neat and clean at all times
- report all maintenance issues to the Executive Steward
- adhere to and enforce inventory and labor control measures
- perform inventory counts as requested
