Job Duties
- assist in all dining services functions in accordance with established policies and procedures
- ensure every resident receives the highest quality and excellent dining experience with each meal
- advance the value that the resident comes first
- create attributes of home and model person-centered care
- work diligently to provide attentive and respectful dining assistance
- support kitchen staff with food preparation and service tasks
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in dining areas
