Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • experience with regular and texture modified diets is a plus
  • ability to follow established policies and procedures
  • capacity to work weekends and flexible shifts
  • good physical stamina for standing and walking during shifts
  • effective communication skills
  • willingness to engage actively with residents and team members

  • assist in all dining services functions in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • ensure every resident receives the highest quality and excellent dining experience with each meal
  • advance the value that the resident comes first
  • create attributes of home and model person-centered care
  • work diligently to provide attentive and respectful dining assistance
  • support kitchen staff with food preparation and service tasks
  • maintain cleanliness and safety standards in dining areas
