Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid state issued driver’s license for at least 2 years
- Valid Class C driver's license with a clean driving record
- 2 years of delivery driving experience
- Comfortable operating a delivery van in all weather conditions
- Willingness to work overtime and/or weekends if needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to sit, stand, squat, kneel, and bend repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation
Job Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Possess a valid state issued driver’s license for at least 2 years
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- 2 years of previous delivery driving experience
- Comfortable operating a delivery van in all weather conditions
- Willingness to work overtime and/or weekends if needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to sit, stand, squat, kneel, and bend repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Experience working in a food-based environment preferred
Job Duties
- Comply with all DOT and Misfits Market safety standards at all times
- Lead team during pre-shift meetings and cover important company topics like safety
- Lead team during the load out process ensuring safe and efficient operations
- Help on-board new drivers and train them to company standards
- Conduct quarterly driver observations ensuring company standards are met
- Deliver customer orders directly to their doorstep with professionalism and care
- Navigate safely through varying weather conditions and hazards
- Use proper lifting form to safely load and unload up to 150 boxes per shift
- Support the Packaging Return Program by picking up and documenting customer recycling
- Assist other drivers with routes or work overtime as needed
