Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
  • Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
  • Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands requiring eye-hand coordination
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Retail and customer service experience preferred
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience beneficial
  • Entry-level management experience advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Motivation to advance in your career
  • Willingness to learn and have fun
  • Problem-solving skills and quick thinking

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Run the register and cashier transactions accurately
  • Make purchase suggestions to enhance customer experience
  • Assist with food program tasks as needed
  • Lead shifts regularly providing entry-level management supervision
  • Maintain high standards for store appearance both inside and outside
  • Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
