Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of culinary or restaurant leadership experience
  • hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • valid driver’s license required for various duties including delivering large orders and supporting operations across locations
  • experience mentoring and training team members
  • familiarity with inventory management, cost controls, and overall financial oversight
  • able to stand and walk for 8 to 10 hours each shift
  • capable of lifting and transporting items weighing up to 50 lbs
  • experience operating kitchen equipment and maintaining knife integrity
  • ability to work in high-temperature environments common in kitchens

  • promote a fun and positive family work environment
  • assist with scheduling, interviewing, and hiring new team members
  • provide constructive feedback and recognition to staff
  • maintain product quality standards through regular line checks
  • engage in prep and line cooking as needed to ensure timely service
  • ensure compliance with all state safety and sanitation guidelines
  • contribute to sales growth and optimize financial success for the restaurant
  • assist with inventory management and cost controls as directed by the Executive Chef
