Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- High school diploma or education equivalent required
- Food service or Culinary Arts degree preferred
- 3 years' restaurant kitchen and 5 years' overall culinary experience
- Demonstrates commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct
- Holds a valid Gaming License
- Certified Food Handler
- ServSafe certification

Job Duties
- Supervises the work of cooks to ensure that all given tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Ensures that all cooking stations are adequately stocked with the necessary meal ingredients and cooking equipment
- Prepares all dishes and proper portion control of items ordered for assigned outlet
- Assists with the preparation, presentation, decoration, and storage of all food items
- Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest or internal customer comment and other relevant information
- Complies with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and internal controls and government rules and regulations
- Works in a safe manner at all times
- Assists in other kitchens of the Casino as necessary
- Maintains the work area clean and organized
- Deep cleans the area at the end of shifts
- Follows the proper closing procedure with cleaning and labeling
- Attends periodic meetings and training sessions
- Meets guests needs through timely and proper handling of all equipment and chemicals
- Promotes positive public and employee relations
- Presents oneself in a neat and clean appearance at all times
- Performs other duties as assigned
