- Minimum 2 years of prep or line cook experience
- Ability to lead and train kitchen staff

Job Duties
- Oversee and participate in preparing, cooking, and plating dishes from Uncle Giuseppe's recipes
- Confidently navigate Zipline to retrieve recipes, communicate updates, and complete tasks
- Keep every bite consistent in taste, presentation, and portion
- Lead and inspire kitchen crew including seafood clerks with patience and skill
- Teach cooking techniques, safety practices, and equipment use
- Manage inventory and monitor stock levels
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and full functionality
- Ensure safety and sanitation standards compliance
- Taste-test dishes to meet quality standards
- Adjust recipes or methods as needed
- Collaborate on menu development and seasonal specials
- Monitor and control food costs and waste
- Partner with front-of-house staff for communication
- Occasionally interact with customers during special events
- Model food safety and hygiene practices
- Handle issues calmly and efficiently under pressure
- Communicate regularly with Seafood Manager and leadership team
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving operations and staff performance
