Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience as a prep or line cook
  • Strong cooking skills and love for fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • Ability to manage kitchen operations and lead a team
  • Physical ability to stand, move, and lift up to 30 lbs

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee and participate in preparing, cooking, and plating dishes from Uncle Giuseppe's recipes
  • Confidently navigate Zipline to retrieve recipes, communicate updates, and complete tasks
  • Lead and inspire kitchen crew including seafood clerks with patience and skill
  • Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and ensure ingredient organization
  • Maintain kitchen safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
  • Taste-test dishes to ensure quality and consistency
  • Collaborate with culinary team on menu development and specials
