Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience as a prep or line cook
- Strong cooking skills and love for fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Ability to manage kitchen operations and lead a team
- Physical ability to stand, move, and lift up to 30 lbs
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee and participate in preparing, cooking, and plating dishes from Uncle Giuseppe's recipes
- Confidently navigate Zipline to retrieve recipes, communicate updates, and complete tasks
- Lead and inspire kitchen crew including seafood clerks with patience and skill
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and ensure ingredient organization
- Maintain kitchen safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Taste-test dishes to ensure quality and consistency
- Collaborate with culinary team on menu development and specials
