Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum two years cooking experience in a full-service restaurant
- Previous lead or supervisory experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Unexpired Arizona food certification
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Ability to use point of sale system
- Ability to use employee self-service HR/payroll database
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Regular attendance
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Compliance with internal procedures and external regulations
- Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds
- Good personal hygiene
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors with exposure to varying temperatures
- Ability to stand walk and perform repetitive hand motions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree
- Culinary degree or certification preferred but not required
- Minimum two years cooking experience in full-service restaurant
- Previous lead or supervisory experience required
- Knowledge of cooking techniques culinary terminology food safety standards
- Ability to multitask prioritize in fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients including cutting chopping and marinating following recipes to cook dishes accurately and efficiently
- Grill saute bake fry or cook menu items to order ensuring all dishes meet quality and presentation standards
- Monitor food quality throughout cooking process
- Understand menu items including ingredients cooking techniques and allergen information to answer guest questions
- Monitor inventory levels communicate with management to order supplies timely and minimize waste
- Maintain clean sanitary organized workspace throughout shift including equipment and areas
- Assist in banquet events participate in pre-shift meetings taste tests and training
- Wash dishes and kitchen utensils operating dish washing equipment
- Follow safety standards and use appropriate safety equipment
- Maintain good personal hygiene
- Perform other duties as assigned
