Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • five to seven years experience in high-volume line or production cooking
  • two years supervisory experience preferred
  • ability to read recipes, lists, and kitchen paperwork
  • basic math skills
  • good organizational and communication skills
  • ability to lift 25 to 30 lbs
  • able to stand for long periods
  • capable of navigating crowded spaces
  • flexible in bending and reaching
  • adaptable to bright lights and noise
  • able to obtain and maintain necessary local gaming licenses
  • able to obtain and maintain Food Handlers Serv Safe certification

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • minimum five to seven years experience in high-volume line or production cooking
  • at least two years experience in a supervisory role preferred
  • ability to read recipes, production lists, and kitchen documentation
  • strong basic mathematical skills
  • excellent organizational and communication skills
  • bilingual is a plus

Job Duties

  • Oversee and support all kitchen stations during prep and service
  • manage closing shift responsibilities ensuring all tasks are completed
  • compile prep and production lists accurately
  • monitor inventory and ensure proper food storage and rotation
  • train and retrain kitchen staff on procedures and safety
  • maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
  • report issues, incidents, or discrepancies promptly to supervisors
