Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- minimum five to seven years experience in line or production cooking
- at least two years supervisory experience preferred
- ability to read recipes and necessary kitchen paperwork
- good mathematical, organizational and communication skills
- able to lift 25 to 30 lbs
- able to stand for long periods
- able to navigate crowded spaces
- flexibility in bending and reaching
- able to adapt to bright lights and noise conditions
- able to obtain and maintain gaming-related licenses and certifications
- able to obtain and maintain Food Handlers Serv Safe certifications required by local health regulations
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- minimum five to seven years experience in high-volume line or production cooking
- at least two years experience in a supervisory role preferred
- ability to read recipes, production lists, and kitchen documentation
- good basic mathematical skills
- strong organizational and communication skills
- bilingual is a plus
Job Duties
- Participate in prep and service
- oversee and support all kitchen stations
- manage closing shift responsibilities
- ensure completion of required paperwork and checklists
- compile prep and production lists
- monitor inventory
- ensure proper food preparation and storage according to safety standards
- train and retrain kitchen staff
- communicate clearly across shifts and with team members
- maintain clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- report issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly
- assist with special projects and events
- participate in safety meetings
- keep accurate records of daily operations and team performance
