Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • minimum five to seven years experience in line or production cooking
  • at least two years supervisory experience preferred
  • ability to read recipes and necessary kitchen paperwork
  • good mathematical, organizational and communication skills
  • able to lift 25 to 30 lbs
  • able to stand for long periods
  • able to navigate crowded spaces
  • flexibility in bending and reaching
  • able to adapt to bright lights and noise conditions
  • able to obtain and maintain gaming-related licenses and certifications
  • able to obtain and maintain Food Handlers Serv Safe certifications required by local health regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • minimum five to seven years experience in high-volume line or production cooking
  • at least two years experience in a supervisory role preferred
  • ability to read recipes, production lists, and kitchen documentation
  • good basic mathematical skills
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • bilingual is a plus

Job Duties

  • Participate in prep and service
  • oversee and support all kitchen stations
  • manage closing shift responsibilities
  • ensure completion of required paperwork and checklists
  • compile prep and production lists
  • monitor inventory
  • ensure proper food preparation and storage according to safety standards
  • train and retrain kitchen staff
  • communicate clearly across shifts and with team members
  • maintain clean, organized, and efficient workspace
  • report issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly
  • assist with special projects and events
  • participate in safety meetings
  • keep accurate records of daily operations and team performance
