Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
- Ability to follow company policies and safety regulations
- Ability to work evening shifts
- Ability to stand walk or sit for extended periods
- Ability to lift carry and move items up to 25 pounds without assistance

- At least 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients for cooking including portioning chopping and storing food
- Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables
- Weigh measure and mix ingredients
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes quality and presentation standards
- Prepare cold foods
- Operate ovens stoves grills microwaves and fryers
- Test foods to determine proper cooking levels
- Monitor food quality
- Set up and break down work stations
- Serve food in proper portions on proper receptacles
- Wash and disinfect kitchen area tables tools knives and equipment
- Check and ensure correctness of temperatures of appliances and food
- Follow company safety and security policies and report maintenance needs accidents injuries and unsafe conditions
- Maintain clean and professional uniform and appearance
- Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members
- Develop positive working relationships and support team goals
- Stand walk or sit for extended periods
- Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors
