Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree or banquet cooking experience
  • Full-time availability including every-other weekend shifts
  • Experience in scratch cooking entrees, soups, and desserts
  • Ability to work weekdays and weekends
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Reliable and consistent work ethic
  • Ability to maintain food safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven banquet or fine dining cooking experience
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability and friendliness in the workplace

Job Duties

  • Lead preparation for scratch entrees, soups, and desserts
  • Prep and stock the kitchen
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
  • Collaborate with culinary team to plan menus and special events
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Provide training and guidance to kitchen staff
