Job Requirements

  • At least two years of kitchen or culinary experience
  • ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
  • available to work a full-time schedule Monday through Friday during day shifts, hours may vary
  • ability to follow federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulations
  • willingness to be part of a team and assist with training others

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of kitchen or culinary experience
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • ability to lead and train kitchen staff
  • familiarity with HACCP guidelines
  • experience preparing menu items according to recipes
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to operate and clean kitchen equipment properly

Job Duties

  • Lead day-to-day cooking and food prep operations
  • prepare entrees and menu items following company recipes and standards
  • ensure food safety, quality, and consistency across all dishes
  • oversee and train kitchen team members
  • maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas
  • monitor inventory, label and store items properly, and assist with ordering
  • assist Food Service Director in maintaining accurate production records and complete required documentation
