Job Requirements
- At least two years of kitchen or culinary experience
- ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- available to work a full-time schedule Monday through Friday during day shifts, hours may vary
- ability to follow federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulations
- willingness to be part of a team and assist with training others
Job Qualifications
- At least two years of kitchen or culinary experience
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to lead and train kitchen staff
- familiarity with HACCP guidelines
- experience preparing menu items according to recipes
- strong organizational skills
- ability to operate and clean kitchen equipment properly
Job Duties
- Lead day-to-day cooking and food prep operations
- prepare entrees and menu items following company recipes and standards
- ensure food safety, quality, and consistency across all dishes
- oversee and train kitchen team members
- maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas
- monitor inventory, label and store items properly, and assist with ordering
- assist Food Service Director in maintaining accurate production records and complete required documentation
