Job Duties

  • seek experienced cook with 5+ years cooking experience who works well as part of a team
  • comprehend and follow verbal and written directions regarding food recipes, production orders, cooking instructions, and techniques
  • produce, prepare, and cook foods including soups, sauces, salads, entrees, catering, and other items as determined by the Chef Manager
  • set up station prior to service with appropriate equipment and food
  • receive, unpack, date, rotate, and stow deliveries
  • maintain a clean and safe work area according to health, safety, and food handling regulations
  • follow health and safety regulations related to equipment use and personal hygiene
  • provide excellent customer service in a courteous, helpful manner
  • move objects up to approximately 35 pounds to waist height
  • adhere to COVID-19 safety and sanitation protocols
  • perform other jobs as assigned by supervisor
  • stand for extended periods
