Job Duties
- seek experienced cook with 5+ years cooking experience who works well as part of a team
- comprehend and follow verbal and written directions regarding food recipes, production orders, cooking instructions, and techniques
- produce, prepare, and cook foods including soups, sauces, salads, entrees, catering, and other items as determined by the Chef Manager
- set up station prior to service with appropriate equipment and food
- receive, unpack, date, rotate, and stow deliveries
- maintain a clean and safe work area according to health, safety, and food handling regulations
- follow health and safety regulations related to equipment use and personal hygiene
- provide excellent customer service in a courteous, helpful manner
- move objects up to approximately 35 pounds to waist height
- adhere to COVID-19 safety and sanitation protocols
- perform other jobs as assigned by supervisor
- stand for extended periods
