Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- flexibility to work weekends and holidays on a rotating basis
- flexibility to work varying shifts between 9:30am - 6:30pm
- clearance approval into the facility
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- lead, instruct, and assist with meal preparations including food preparation, baking, cooking, and clean-up
- read and follow company recipes accurately
- supervise kitchen staff and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen environment
- manage inventory and report supply needs
- enforce facility clearance and security protocols
- adapt to varying shifts and cover weekends and holidays
- collaborate with management to improve food service operations
