Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in cooking or food preparation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and weekends
- Ability to follow food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
Job Qualifications
- 3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Reliable with a commitment to safety
- Ability to work varied shifts with open availability preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare various hot and/or cold food items for multiple meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered events
- Read and follow recipes and product directions for food preparation
- Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte or grill station
- Support management in daily oversight of functions and employees
- Attend work on time and with regularity for scheduled shifts
- Adapt to business necessities and client requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
