Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous cooking experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Flexibility to work any shift including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • Read and follow recipes and product directions accurately
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
  • Support management in daily oversight of key functions and employees
  • Attend work on time and maintain satisfactory regularity
  • Reduce food waste and promote sustainability in food preparation
  • Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
