Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cooking experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Flexibility to work any shift including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

- 3-4 years of related work experience preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- Read and follow recipes and product directions accurately
- Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
- Support management in daily oversight of key functions and employees
- Attend work on time and maintain satisfactory regularity
- Reduce food waste and promote sustainability in food preparation
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
