Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years of culinary experience preferred
  • Ability to work varying shifts with open availability preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to follow recipes and food safety standards
  • Must be punctual and reliable

Job Duties

  • Prepare, portion, cook, and present hot and cold food items accurately and efficiently
  • Follow recipes and product directions
  • Prepare food and serve customers at a la carte or operate a grill station
  • Support management in oversight of key functions and employees
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time
  • Perform other duties assigned based on business needs and client requirements
