Job Requirements

  • High mobility and physical flexibility
  • Ability to work irregular hours under heavy stress during peak times
  • High level of coordination
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds for up to 30 feet
  • Ability to fit through a 30 inch wide opening
  • Frequent reaching, bending, pushing and pulling required
  • Exposure to heat, steam, smoke, cold, and odors
  • Continuous standing and walking required

Job Qualifications

  • Basic skills in sanitation, safety, and customer service from in-house training
  • Clear communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks at once

Job Duties

  • Report to work well groomed in proper uniform and maintain good personal hygiene
  • Maintain food and equipment inventories
  • Use, maintain, and clean all kitchen line equipment and storage areas
  • Stock and rotate products on cooking line
  • Ensure correct portioning, quality, cooking time, and standards for menu items
  • Cook and prepare menu items according to guest requests and food safety procedures
  • Monitor food temperatures and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
  • Identify and resolve system breakdowns to maintain guest satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with Manager on Duty and coworkers about product, service, equipment, and safety issues
