2 plus years of prep or line cook experience
Experience leading a team
Food safety and quality assurance knowledge

Job Qualifications

Experience in prep or line cooking of 2 or more years
Proven experience leading a team
Knowledge of food safety standards and quality assurance
Strong culinary skills including recipe adherence and knife techniques
Ability to communicate and engage effectively with customers and team members

Job Duties

Assist the sous chefs in running the kitchen and overseeing the team
Follow recipes, use proper knife skills, and apply cooking techniques to ensure consistency
Share your knowledge and passion for food with customers by suggesting meal ideas using products from departments around the store
Manage employee performance, including training, feedback and development opportunities
