Job Requirements
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent with GED
- Preferred food preparation experience in healthcare
- Preferred knowledge of sanitation requirements
- Preferred 2 years experience leading food service operations
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must demonstrate ability to multi-task and work independently using critical thinking skills

Job Duties
- Lead meal presentation and ensure timeliness of meal service
- Assist with daily operations and staffing needs
- Prepare nutritious food for retail, patient services, and coffee kiosks following recipe guidelines
- Ensure excellence in appearance of all foods served
- Maintain temperature and sanitation guidelines
- Coordinate with Nutrition Services Supervisor and Manager
- Demonstrate multi-tasking and critical thinking skills
