Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work evening and night shifts
  • Weekend availability required
  • Certification in alcohol service program within 14 days of hire
  • Certification in food safety program within 30 days of hire
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced entertainment environment
  • Ability to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods
  • Ability to lift objects with some assistance

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of three to five years of operational kitchen experience
  • Culinary or food management degree preferred
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Knowledge of workplace safety and sanitation procedures
  • Leadership and team development capabilities
  • Ability to work varying shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Plan and prepare food portions based on customer volume using operational manuals and prep sheets
  • Ensure all food orders meet presentation and quality standards as per company guidelines
  • Mentor and train kitchen staff on food preparation, sanitation, safety, equipment use, and cost control
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of cooking, storage, refrigeration, and serving areas in accordance with health and company standards
  • Conduct weekly equipment calibration checks to maintain product quality and freshness
  • Clean, rinse, and sanitize dishes, cooking equipment, and utensils following local and state health regulations
  • Receive and inspect food and supply deliveries for quality, proper temperature, and accuracy, and manage proper storage and stock rotation
  • Work the food line preparing menu items, supervise kitchen staff, and ensure quality products are delivered
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment
  • Assist colleagues to avoid service delays
  • Respond quickly and effectively to customer inquiries and requests
  • Obtain required certification for alcohol service within 14 days and food safety within 30 days
  • Work flexible shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
