Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
  • Ability to work afternoon and evening shifts on varying days
  • Team-oriented and adaptable
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Commitment to safe and healthy working practices

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 3 to 4 years of related cooking or food preparation experience preferred
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow recipes and maintain food safety standards
  • Experience with operating kitchen equipment including grills and a la carte stations preferred
  • Adaptable and reliable with a focus on maintaining a safe working environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare portion cook and present a variety of hot and cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast lunch dinner and special catered events
  • Read and follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing various food items
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and operate a grill station as needed
  • Support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • Attend work and report for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
