Job Requirements

  • Minimum education: high school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
  • Minimum experience: 3-5 years or more of related work experience
  • Req. certification/licensure: Serv-Safe Food Handler (may acquire after hired, within 90 days)

Job Duties

  • Supervise day-to-day activities of subordinates and assign responsibilities
  • Maintain key control of operations ensuring opening, closing and daily procedures are completed
  • Monitor employee productivity and suggest improvements for service or productivity
  • Work with customers to ensure satisfaction regarding quality, service and problem resolution
  • Perform day-to-day food preparation assignments along with supervision duties
  • Orient and train employees while promoting team development
  • Clean and sanitize work stations and equipment adhering to safety and regulatory guidelines
