- 3 to 4 years of experience in a cooking role preferred
- ability to work varying shifts and open availability preferred

Job Duties
- accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for various meal periods, read and follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing various food items, prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and operate a grill station, support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business, attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity, maintain a healthy and safe working environment, perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
