Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- night and weekend availability is required
- ability to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays
- must become certified in specified alcohol service program within 14 days
- must become certified in specified food safety program within 30 days
- ability to stand, bend and walk for extended periods
- may lift objects with assistance

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum three to five years of operational experience
- culinary or food management degree is a plus
- relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- high integrity and respect for customers, vendors and employees
- solid communication skills

- knowledge of and adherence to workplace safety procedures
Job Duties
- Plan and prepare food in appropriate quantities based on number of customers
- assure all food orders are prepared, presented and delivered according to operations manual
- act as a mentor to kitchen staff and train employees on procedures, presentation, sanitation, equipment use and cost controls
- maintain sanitation and organization of cooking and storage areas following local and company guidelines
- check calibration of cooking and refrigeration equipment weekly to ensure quality and freshness
- wash, rinse and sanitize dishes and cooking utensils following health department laws
- receive and inspect food and supply orders for proper conditions, deliver temperatures and product codes
- work the food line preparing menu items, training and supervising kitchen staff
- maintain a clean and safe environment at all times
- assist colleagues with miscellaneous duties to prevent delays
- promptly respond to customer questions or requests and guide to resolution
- become certified in company specified alcohol service and food safety programs within required timeframes
- work varying shifts including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays to support business needs
