Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of four years' progressive culinary experience
- ServeSafe Certification or commitment to obtain within three months
- experience in all cooking stations and methods
- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- strong organizational skills
- excellent communication abilities

Job Duties
- Prepare meals following established recipes
- support kitchen staff and ensure smooth restaurant operations during meal service
- assist in training and development of line cooks and prep staff
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
- adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- collaborate with management to enhance menu offerings
