Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of four years progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment
- willingness to obtain ServSafe Certification within three months if not already certified
- proficiency in all cooking stations and methods
- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Job Duties
- Prepare meals following established recipes
- support kitchen staff to ensure smooth meal service
- assist in training and development of line cooks and prep staff
- maintain cleanliness and organization of cooking stations
- ensure compliance with food safety standards
- contribute to menu planning and seasonal food trends
- monitor and manage kitchen inventory
