Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 4 years of related cooking experience preferred
- Ability to work afternoon and evening shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform kitchen duties
- Willingness to follow food safety regulations and company policies
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Must be punctual and reliable

Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare various hot and cold food items for meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events
- Read and follow recipes and product directions for food preparation
- Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or grill station
- Support management in daily oversight of kitchen functions and employees
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time and with regularity
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on business and client needs
