Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
  • Strong team orientation and adaptability
  • Ability to follow recipes and food safety standards
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Capability to support management and lead team members when needed

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare portions cook and present a variety of hot and cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast lunch dinner and special catered events
  • Read and follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing various food items
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and operate a grill station
  • Support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned which may differ among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
