Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of four years progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line environment
  • ServeSafe Certification or willing to obtain within three months
  • Experienced in all cooking stations and methods

Job Duties

  • Prepare meals following established recipes
  • Support kitchen staff to ensure smooth meal service
  • Assist in training and development of line cooks and prep staff
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • Monitor food quality and presentation
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to incorporate seasonal trends
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
