Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum four years progressive responsibility in full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club or hotel, or cruise line environment
  • ServeSafe Certification or willingness to obtain within three-month introductory period
  • experience in all cooking stations and methods
  • ability to work flexible hours
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • prepare meals according to established recipes
  • support kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations during meal services
  • assist in training and development of line cooks and prep staff
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • manage inventory and order supplies as needed
  • collaborate with culinary team to develop seasonal menus
