Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 4 years of related cooking experience preferred
  • Ability to work afternoon, evening, overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Must demonstrate punctuality and reliable attendance
  • Must be able to follow recipes and adhere to food safety standards
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
  • May prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
  • May support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
