Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 4 years of related cooking experience preferred
  • Ability to work varying morning shifts including some weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong attention to detail and food safety
  • Capable of standing for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation to work
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks associated with cooking duties

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of food preparation and safety standards
  • Ability to work effectively in team-oriented environments
  • Good customer service skills
  • Ability to follow recipes and food safety procedures
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
  • Support management in daily oversight of key functions and employees during business hours
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
