Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous cooking experience in a restaurant or food service setting
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- legal eligibility to work in the United States
- commitment to uphold company policies and standards
- participation in E-Verify process

Job Duties
- prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and other kitchen equipment
- comply with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen policies
- stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations
- portion food products prior to cooking according to standard sizes and recipes
- maintain a clean and sanitary work station including tables, grills, broilers and fryers
- assist in food prep during off-peak periods
- close the kitchen properly following closing checklists
- attend scheduled team meetings and training
- perform other duties such as dishwashing and bussing as assigned
