Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of four years progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line environment
- ServeSafe certification or willing to obtain within the three-month introductory period
- experienced in all cooking stations and methods

Job Duties
- prepare meals according to established recipes
- support kitchen staff during meal service
- ensure smooth operations of the restaurant
- assist in training and developing line cooks and prep staff
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
- monitor food quality and presentation
- adhere to health and safety standards
