Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 3-4 years of related work experience preferred
- Open availability for varying shifts including days and hours
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Must follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with food preparation
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable with strong interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual with a professional work ethic
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
- Experience in a culinary or food service role preferred
- 3-4 years of related work experience preferred
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment and grill stations
- Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and customer service
Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
- Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
- Support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during business hours
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Maintain a healthy and safe working environment
- Perform other duties as assigned that may vary based on business needs and client requirements
