Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 3-4 years of related work experience preferred
  • Open availability for varying shifts including days and hours
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Must follow food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with food preparation
  • Reliable transportation to and from work

Job Qualifications

  • Team-oriented and adaptable with strong interpersonal skills
  • Reliable and punctual with a professional work ethic
  • Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
  • Experience in a culinary or food service role preferred
  • 3-4 years of related work experience preferred
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment and grill stations
  • Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and customer service

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
  • Support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during business hours
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Maintain a healthy and safe working environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned that may vary based on business needs and client requirements
