Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of four years progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club or hotel, or cruise line environment
- serveSafe Certification or willing to obtain within the three-month introductory period
- experienced in all cooking stations and methods

- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work a Monday through Friday, 12pm to 8pm schedule with weekend availability
Job Duties
- Prepare meals following established recipes
- support the kitchen staff during meal service
- ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- assist in training and development of line cooks and prep staff
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
- monitor food quality and safety standards
- collaborate with team members to meet service goals
