Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of four years progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment
- ServeSafe Certification or willing to obtain within the three-month introductory period
- experienced in all cooking stations and methods

Job Duties
- Prepare meals and follow established recipes
- support kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations during meal service
- assist in training and development of line cooks and prep staff
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- monitor inventory and order kitchen supplies as needed
- contribute to menu development and culinary initiatives
